Creating an Account

Hourli.ai uses Google Sign-In for authentication. There are no passwords to manage. Your Google account is your login.

Sign Up

1. Go to app.hourli.ai
2. Click Sign in with Google or Create a free account (both do the same thing)
3. Choose your Google account and grant permission
4. You're in!

No separate sign-up step

If you don't have an account yet, one is created automatically the first time you sign in. There's no registration form.

What Happens After First Login

After your first sign-in, you'll land on the Setup page where you can:

• Create a new organization if you're starting fresh
• Accept pending invitations if a teammate already invited you

If you were invited by email, Hourli.ai automatically detects the invitation and shows it here.

Signing In from the Chrome Extension

The Chrome extension also uses Google Sign-In:

1. Click the Hourli.ai icon in Chrome
2. Click Sign in with Google in the side panel
3. Chrome handles authentication using your browser's Google account

The extension and web app share the same account, so you only need to sign in once per device.

Multiple Organizations

You can be a member of up to 5 organizations. Once you have more than one membership, use the organization switcher in Settings to switch between them.
